Chapter 131 Joliet hosts their own independently sponsored scholarship program for the city of Joliet and surrounding areas.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION DATES: January 1 through March 15

District 13 scholarship program accepts eligible applicants residing within its boundaries. (IL and WI). Applications postmarked after March 15 will not be considered.
