Over the last two years, we have facilitated the attendance of 47 college students in Athens for a summer semester at Webster University, with all program costs which include: tuition for the 6 credit courses, housing accommodation, half board, transportation in Greece, and any planned tours or excursions - all of this is covered by AHEPA. Airfare to Greece and the registration fee are paid by the participant.
This program serves to develop future ambassadors of Hellenism. Participants benefit from reconnecting with their heritage and return with six college credits alongside a transformative experience. Our subsequent objective, to establish a fund that is self-sustaining, which profoundly influences the lives of our Greek American community.
The National application deadline for the Journey to Greece is April 30, so please secure a spot for your young student seeking a life-changing opportunity!
